Why meditation is important

Meditation can mean different things for different people. For some it is a simple way of relaxation and clearing their minds while for others it is a way to spiritual enlightenment. Some people even do it without realizing. All forms of it is important to anyone’s life and health and here I will point out some changes that happen while you meditate.

First of all, even after taking a few deep breaths, you begin to feel more relaxed as your body adjusts to your new state, regulating your blood flow. You will calm both your body and mind entering a state of peace as you disconnect from your daily trouble and negativity. It is no secret that stress is major issue and influences many illnesses and diseases such as cancer. By meditating regularly you take a step in preventing them.

After you are released from your worries you will enter what is called a trance where you will begin to feel different. You can feel your vibration rising, and the vibration of the things around as energy flows through it. This vibration is affected by your state of mind, so for example if you focus on a certain feeling (love, hate, well being, anger; it does not matter if it is good or bad) you will begin to feel the change in yourself. This is also related to the Law of Attraction where you focus on the feeling of having something as if you already do thus causing the necessary change in your vibration.

In this state of introspection you will begin to see the world, and yourself, in a new light. In time you will become healthier. You will attract success, hard work is needed too, there’s no way around that (unless it is simple luck), but you will see more opportunities and be prepared for them.
